This is the story of the night before tech for Peter and Starcatcher, where Carina and I pulled an all nighter so I could finished my nautical wood grained compass floor treatment and she could sew a giant and magical mermaid tail.
The Para-Shoot
A few months ago I stumbled upon a vintage parachute in our fabrics storage, which was serendipitous since MCW Photography had been dying to find a parachute for a stylized editorial. We contacted the brilliant Amanda Rose to help us incorporate the parachute into a complete look, and she created the perfect dress and collection of accessories to compliment and bring everything together.
Sunset to Sunrise Fashion
Last fall, Kati Foster of Katdog Couture put together a group camping/photoshoot that would start at sunset and end after sunrise.
Fashmob IX
Fashmob is a photography free for all. Any interested models, designers, makeup artists and photographers are invited to come and create something together. For this Fashmob, held outside the new Wedge location in the River Arts District, Carina Lopez and I collaborated and she created a three piece outfit for me to wear. Vanessa Sogan did my hair and makeup up on site.
